PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RELEASE I hereby authorize The Spanish Class to publish the photographs and videos taken of me or my child, for use in The Spanish Class printed publications, website, and social media sites. I acknowledge that since my participation in publications, websites, and social media sites produced by The Spanish Class is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I further agree that my participation in any publication, website, and social media site produced by The Spanish Class confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release The Spanish Class, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation. It is understood and agreed that this Authorization and Release of All Liabilities shall remain in force for not more than one year from the date of this Release. The release is recorded through a computer system, along with the date of agreement. I have read, understood, and agree to abide by THE SPANISH CLASS LLC's policies and procedures. I am the person named below. I am 18 years of age. I am either the participant named below, or I am a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a child under 18 years of age.
